An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Fruit Case Company division of Turners and Growers Ltd, based in Christchurch. The key focus for this role will be to ensure continuously high standards of service to all of our customers. The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 3.30pm.
The role is very diverse and includes: production, stock control, some staff management, computer processing, dispatch, answering the phone, checking data errors and monitoring and improving staff and production processes. Relevant experience in these areas is essential, as well as a current forkhoist licence.
